Looking for a place that is respectful and well taking care of. I’m very polite a tidy person, looking for the same situation. I’m looking to save some money for a year minimum with a rental. Right now everyone knows it’s tuff out there, the only way I can travel is to team up or look for a stable owner that has respect and morals and can appreciate a tennet that pays rent before or on time…I have no baggage or drama following me into my life.
