Hello! I am looking to team up with a clean and cool roomie. I am considering a roommate due to how expensive 1 bedrooms are, while 2 bedrooms are significantly more reasonable. I’m in it for more of a long term set up as I don’t want to move again unless I am buying my own place.

I work full time as a Credit Specialist for an Equipment financing brokerage, work from home most days but go into the office once a week. I like to game, work out, cook, play the guitar and into some nerdy stuff. I am a self proclaimed OCD. I keep my place very clean and very tidy. I cannot function in mess and chaos unfortunately. Hoping to find the same in a roommate. Definitely a shoes off in house type of guy, but I dont need the furniture to be wrapped in plastic… lol

I would like to find a roommate who I can potentially call a friend. Prefer to have this be a home rather than somewhere I just go to sleep. I would prefer a team up to look for a place rather than move into something already established, but if there’s a good offer for a space I might consider. Feel free to message me!
