I have a lot of video game stuff, mountain bike things, and living room/kitchen furniture/cookware galore. Not super interested in getting rid of all of my furniture to move but willing to part with a lot of it to make the space workable.

I have a gf and would also like to have her over sometimes without disturbing anyone :)

Pretty open minded, easy going and non judgemental. I sound and look angry a lot when I’m not but I tend to keep to myself with my cat and don’t do much partying. Looking for a room mate with a similar work-life mentality!
