I am a quiet, mature full-time French immersion teacher at a local elementary school seeking a room in a shared suite or family home for a year or more. I am very neat and would respectfully share all common spaces. Kind and friendly, I would respect others’ privacy. I like to garden and would help with outdoor chores if the family/owner desired. I have co-owned a family home in Victoria for the past 20 years but now need to establish a separate residence. As a homeowner, I understand expectations for care of property. I get around mostly by bike and keep conservative hours - especially on school nights! I am a polyglot so I would be happy to share a space with a female international student.
