I’m a professional manager (university administrator) who works in downtown Vancouver but lives outside the city/province. So I’m only looking for a place to stay a few times a month (likely 4-6 days/nights a month, usually mid-week either Tues-Weds or Tues-Thurs), so you may hardly ever see me. All I need is a furnished room (bed) with access to kitchen and bathroom (private or shared). You can set a flat monthly minimum amount or we can negotiate a nightly (pay as you go) fee: either way, this works best for someone (you) if you prefer to be mostly alone but would like a little extra income every month and a very, very quiet & responsible guest a few times a month and never on weekends.
