Hello and Bonjour!

My name’s Hugo (He/Him), I’m from New Zealand, and I’m moving to Montreal on the 1st July. I’m a chill and friendly person with passions for watching live music, board games, theatre, and bouldering, among other things.

I don’t really know anyone in Montreal, so honestly, I’m looking for roommates, but ideally friends as well!

I’m very interested in spaces which foster community and creativity. I love sharing both meals and time with the people I live with, and collaborating on creating warm and welcoming spaces to spend time and make weird art in!

With Montreal being completely new to me, I imagine I’ve got a lot to explore! So people who are up for the odd adventure would be a big bonus.

Looking for a room which is ideally furnished, naturally-lit and in an LGBTQIA+ friendly space.

English is my native language, but I am also learning French (currently beginner-intermediate level, hoping to reach an advanced level in Montreal), so bilingual roommates would be awesome too.
