Looking for a room to rent with another woman for an 8 to 12 month period, starting in August ( or sooner to be discussed). Preferably furnished and in the Plateau or near the CHUM hospital. Currently a full time student and a full time employee in healthcare so I would be out of the apartment quite often however I’d like to find an apartment with someone who is also a student ( 22 to 27yrs) and has a secure and stable employment and is a Canadian citizen. ( Even Better if you’re a Concordia student !) Ps: i would want to meet the landlord/owner of the property before any agreement is made.
