Vincent Jia

I’m a graduate student at the University of Waterloo. I’m looking for a place to sublet from June 1st to the end of August. I’m completing my degree on April 2025. If possible, I’d like to extend the sublet until the end of April 2025.

Very clean / quiet person. Generally, I will be out of the house and at the University library for the whole day during the weekdays. Looking for roommates who are quiet and sleep reasonable hours. I prefer to sleep around 12 at night and wake up at 9am. Preference for living with graduate or PhD students. Preference for male roommates.
