I have a steady income, first and last months rent a security deposit. I am reliable to pay the rent on time. I also have a steady income and have the money to pay rent. I’m gone 8-12 hours a day. I have no pets and I’m very quiet and keep to myself. I’m not interested in having people over, I keep to myself and am focused on my goals. I respect other and treat peoples property with the same respect. Those are just some of the reasons I will be a good tenant.
