I’m a responsible and considerate person who always make sure to pay rent on time and keep common areas clean and tidy. I’m also mindful of noise levels, I won’t have party at home, especially during late hours, to ensure a comfortable space for everyone. I’d like to build a friendly atmosphere at home meanwhile I also respect personal space and boundaries. Furthermore, I’m good at resolving issues that may arise.
