I’m Pat, I’m a 30 year old single (gay) guy, generally a quiet person especially on my work days but fun to hangout with on weekends. I work afternoons full time and not gonna be home til 12 midnight. On my days off, I usually do some errands like laundry and grocery and then hangout at my friends’ places. I don’t party and does my meal for the entire week on one of my days off. I’m very clean and tidy especially on shared spaces and always respect who I live with. I have been living with my roommates (couple who are also members of the community) for the past 2 years, however, they just sold their house and are moving a little far from my work place (trying to save time and gas to and from work) that’s why I decided to look for another place where I can stay long term.

Please hit me up if you have anything, preferrably west end area like Secord, Rosenthal, Lewis Estates or anywhere in West End since I work at Acheson and wanna find a place closer to work. I’m moving out of my current place on the 14th of June.
