Hi Everyone!

My name is Ethan, I’m a 21-year-old male student from the East Coast who will be attending film school in October and I plan to live in Vancouver for about a year and a half. I’m looking for a place to rent, preferably fully furnished and either close to downtown or the Sky train line. My budget is around $1500/month (including utilities), but I’d be willing to pay more depending on the room and location.

A little about me: I’m an amiable and outgoing person who loves chatting and finding fun activities to do with others, but I’m also very respectful when it comes to privacy and noise around the house. I’m okay with a little clutter, but I like to keep my living space clean and tidy. I enjoy cooking, reading, drawing, Yoga, Meditation, and working out. I play a variety of sports such as mountain biking, golf, Snowboarding/skiing, hockey, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, and a bunch of others! Since I’ll be attending school almost every day of the week, I may not be home very often, but I’ll still make time to pitch in around the house where needed.
