Introvert. Will probably live in my room. I have several of my own furnishings and will need something that will fit a king size bedroom suite (once you go king, you don’t go back, lol 😂). If I find someone to team up, then I don’t need much storage. If it’s an already established home, I’ll need a bit of storage. I have a friendly, well behaved and trained (basic by me). German shepherd x lab and knows several commands (his recall sucks when something has his attention. 😝). I’m always working on it. He’s got a handful of tricks he can do too. There’s also a 17 year old, 5 pound cat that just lives comfortably in my room. Mature, responsible. Easy going. A smoker and 420 friendly (outside is just fine, I manage my butts). I just need a place to live by March 31. I can possibly make June 1 work? $800 is my maximum budget. Must have: laundry in suite. I have a vehicle, so parking. Hopefully a shed 🤞🏼 (not a deal breaker). Fenced in backyard.
