I don’t smoke/drugs, drink, or party. I’m an active friendly, learning to be financially responsible & respectful man looking for a safe place to stay on a month to month basis. I’d need a private room, bathroom & kitchen with utilities included! laundry facilities. 🙏 I’ve never really travelled a lot.

My budget would be around $650/month. I can pay etransfer every month and would always be on time the 1st of each month. I enjoy cleaning weekly and prefer to live in homes that have clean spaces where people share responsibilities and the home has open communication with each other.
