Hello,

I am looking for female roommate(s) and a place. Looking into a Townhouse or House to rent for preferably a 6-month or one-year lease. I have a 50 pound friendly dog. Split between two, my budget would be around $1400/month including utilities. Between 3, my budget would be around $1900.

A little about me:

• big fan of clear and upfront communication between roommates

• big fan of being educated on rights as a tenant and relationship with landlord

• have experience with former roommates

• don’t party, sometimes have friends over (can talk about boundaries there)

• make sure to keep my shared spaces clean

• student, working two part-time jobs (working towards a full-time position in the future)
