I am a single, quiet person, who is temporarily unemployed due to health reasons. I receive assistance from the government. So, my portion of the rent and damage deposit is completely covered thru this program. I will be seeking full time employment, realistically, in 4-6 months. I am clean, neat, and like things to be organized. I will do my share of the chores and stay to myself as much as possible. I come with no drama and no pets.
