Hello!
We are Amedeo and Carmen and we are looking for a one-bedroom apartment in the Victoria area to lease for one year starting August 1st.
Carmen and I are both university students, I will be finishing my bachelors while Carmen will be finishing her masters this coming year. We support ourselves through work outside of Uni and are very responsible, clean and organized tenants.
Our budget is in the $2000 range (shared), of course we’d love to pay under that amount! If you have an apartment for rent starting in August please let us know and we would be happy to view it and hopefully become your next tenants!
