I am a mature student at Durham College, and work at the Oshawa campus while taking a program at the Whitby campus. I’m a quiet person for the most part. I read a lot, watch Netflix, crochet all the time, but am also happy to socialize when folks are in the space for it. Sometimes when cleaning I’ll turn up my favorite Spotify playlist, but even then I’m always sure to be conscious of others who are home. I don’t have any pets, but love animals, so would be more than happy if you had any. I’d even love to help walk the dog!

I have some furniture, so would prefer an empty room, and would love to either have my own washroom or share with just one other person. My landlord is selling the house where I currently live, and I need to be out for June 30th, so that is my preferred move-in date for a new room. My budget is up to $900max/incl for the right space. I’m looking to stay for at least a calendar year, likely a little longer, so possibly 18 months or so. I’m happy to answer any questions, so please feel free to reach out.
