I am student attending university as of the fall at the university of Concordia i will likely not be home around holidays. I’m a quiet and clean person, I don’t mind cats or dogs but I can’t live with people smoking because indoors I have asthma and can’t breath around it. I have rented from others before so I can provide references. I have no criminal record. I don’t smoke, drink or do any recreational drugs. I’m quite quiet and clean. I’ve very ambitious and driven so I will dedicate most of my time to my studies. All my hobbies are activities with minimal or no noise such as reading, writing and painting. I tend to keep to myself mostly but I am friendly.
