Hello potential roomie!

I’m a 35-year-old work-from-home guy on the lookout for a male roommate who values peace and quiet as much as I do. I’m not one for excessive partying, so if you’re looking for a raging frat house, I’m afraid you’re barking up the wrong tree. You may occasionally hear me yelling at my TV if my sports team is doing terribly. I’m a relatively clean individual who values respect for shared spaces and hopes to find someone who feels the same.

I speak English fluently and am hoping to find a roommate who can carry a conversation without too much awkwardness. Bonus points if you don’t cook smelly food – my nostrils will thank you.

We’ll be hunting for a space in Toronto, where the renting market can be a bit of a wallet-wrecker. Sharing expenses will benefit us both, so I’m looking for someone who’s reliable with their payments and willing to contribute at least $1600 a month.
