Neil Godin & Heather Pratt-Johnson

Hi there!

I’m Neil Godin and I’m Heather (we’re typing together, if that makes sense!) and we would like to take the opportunity to introduce ourselves as potential members of the wonderful Squamish community!

Neil is currently moving towards the end of my sixth year as a Grades 4-10 classroom teacher, as well as at Upper Halfway Elementary.

Heather is just finishing up her second year of teaching a Grades 4-6, and 7-10 class at Wonowon Elementary, where both of the schools are located in the Peace River North region.

We are happy to say that we have recently accepted teaching positions in the school district, where we will be teaching and living in the Squamish region for years to come!

In September, we will begin our lives in Squamish for years to come, and would like to make some connections with potential members of the community who may be able to support us in finding a comfortable space to rent.

In our spare time, we like to hike, swim, paddleboard, snowboard, fish, camp, and travel in our modified SUV-camper (we make it work!)

We are so excited to travel south, closer to friends, family and the beauty that Squamish has to offer!
