Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Sean Lavasani. I recently lost my job, and as a result, I’m currently facing some challenging times. I need to move out of my current place by the end of the month, possibly even sooner. I have a senior dog who is very well-behaved and friendly.

While I do have some savings and will be receiving EI benefits, my budget for rent is limited to $1,000. I’ve been living downtown for the past 11 years, mainly working from home. I want to assure you that I don’t use drugs or alcohol.

What makes my situation particularly challenging is that I’ve lost both my sisters and parents, leaving me with no family support or place to call home. I’m seeking a clean and quiet place for myself and my dog to stay.
