Miles

Hi, I’m Miles, age 33. I’m a multidisciplinary performative and visual artist who has worked mostly as a dishwasher and/or custodian. I am looking for a room, happy to share common spaces with several roomies (all genders accepted). I know $700 is pretty low, but I would be happy to strike up an agreement to clean and do minor fixes each month to earn my part (granted the requests are reasonable and in writing before hand). I have no pets or kids, no partner, I do not smoke, I’m not allergic to anything other than sensitive to weed smoke: but as long as its smoked outside, I should be fine. I have no car and I’m cheery and friendly yet quiet, keeping to myself a lot of the time (I am an outgoing introvert). You can always count on me to clean up after myself. Everything I own (including dishes, and toilet paper/ soap) will be kept in my room, when not in use. I take care of myself, as I like to keep negations with my housemates at a minimum. I’m not a clean freak though: all I ask is that the sink, fridge and stove are left free of clutter for others to use.
