Hi, I’m Miles, age 34. I’m a multidisciplinary performative and visual artist who is writing a fantasy book with an editor in NY. I am looking for a room for myself, happy to share common spaces with several roomies (all genders accepted). $700 is my max including utilities, however I have custodial and handyman abilities which I can offer to offset costs if needed, (I would draft up an agreement in writing to keep things professional). I have no pets (but I am an animal lover), no kids and no intention of living with a romantic partner. I do not smoke, and I am a little sensitive to weed smoke (if it is not smoked indoors, I should be fine), I have no car and I’m quiet, tidy and I do minimal cooking (mostly quick meal preps). I am an outgoing introvert so I’m pleasant socially even though I mostly keep to myself. You can always count on me to clean up after myself and everything I own (including dishes, and toilet paper/ soap) will be kept in my room, when not in use. I take care of myself, as I like to keep negations with my housemates at a minimum. I’m not a clean freak by any means, all I ask is that the sink, fridge and stove are free of clutter and are always available to use. Cheers!
