I’m 18 and my girlfriend is 19. I own a business and make a good amount of money but I’m a cheap ass and would like a cheap room lol. Big I’m the gym and always able to help around with heavy lifting and such. Im very laid back, not the party type of guy. I don’t drink or smoke and I don’t have any pets. It’ll be my first time renting but I will never be late on rent.
