Down to earth.. chill, respectful of where I live and peoples space. I would be looking for storage as well. Looking for a room on a mainfloor that’s bright and more modern is preferred. Prefer own bathroom and a bedroom that’s not right beside yours. Private bath is not super important if there is 2 in the house.I work out of town and would only be home 2 weeks at a time
Quiet dogs are cool.. no cats. I do not have any pets. Or kids. So no kids either. Oct first latest maybe sooner
