Looking to move sometime in late June. Budget is ~$650-$850 without or ~$1,000 with utilities.

I have one young friendly cat. She enjoys the company of other cats and gets along with new cats fairly quickly. She has not been tested with dogs but I am open to introducing her to any non-prey, cat-friendly pets.

My hobbies are taking care of plants and animals, cooking, crafting, and value building community. I am an introvert but enjoy socializing with roommates, sharing grocery trips, having movie nights, etc. Some of my preference are easy access to bus routes, in unit laundry, and backyard/close by nature. Hoping to find like-minded friendly folks to share a home with. Bonus if you have a friendly cat to keep my cat company 🐈‍⬛
