I am a very respectful person ,I am very confident in saying that anyone who has ever met me would say the same. I have unfortunately found myself in a postion where I just can’t afford a place on my own ,as the rental property has increased greatly in recent months.i am a very clean person, and I am looking to live somewhere where ut is very clean * I am really hoping for a newer place ,ir a place that is well maintained? I do not drink alcohol except maybe a drink or two a couple times throughout the year .I always treat anywhere that I live ,as my home because even though I dont own it , I am still living in it ,so it is my home . I had to move because the house that I lived In was demolished for development. And unfortunately the apartments that were built were for sale only.since that time ,I have lived in a couple of places with other people and have had no success. One place ,the roommates ended up being criminals and I couldnt live like that .And the next place i moved into …they wrre bringing home garbage and filling the place up with it along with the yard etc. I will never understand why some people choose yo live like that ? And the common problem with bith places were the constant worrying about them having thier rent money .I dont know exactly what you want to know about me ? But all I can say is ..im a 55 year old women ,im not a trouble maker, im very clean and can only be happy if where I live is clean I will not live in a place where there are bugs or garbage .I always do my dishes after I dirty them and I put them away properly ,I always.make sure to take the trash out .I make my bed everyday, I wash my clothes every week .I don’t kniw many people in British Columbia, as I moved here from Ontario a few years back .I jyst wanted a change and the weather is what really attracted me to this place.im pretty quite and mind my own business. I have one daughter who lives in Richmond with her partner who would visit on occasion. I clean for a few seniors and do rhier grocery shopping for them/take them .I prepare meals for them ..I basically make sure that they have taken their medication and thier place is clean and they have eaten and have food in the fridge and or whatever else they need …go to doctors appointments etc.I don’t have alot of money .I applied for a supplement if I need one ,I was told that I qualify. I do have a dodge caravan ,so it would be nice if I could have a space to park it . I dint have any pets ,my dog pasted away last year.therws jyst me .I like to have a fairly large room if possible because I use to have a whole house .I got rid of alot of my stuff .but I would like to keep my makeup vanity .and I have two ..medium size dressers. And a small leather loveseat .I am really hoping that I would be able to find a room where I coykd have my sleeping area / bed and also be abke ti have my little sofa and a small table to put my TV on .because I dont like to jyst lay in bed it would be nice and if I had my own washroom and if it had a bathtub would be great.u understand that 700 a month is not enough to have my own place. I hyst need somewhere I can call home and I would take good care of the place .I am aware of how difficult it is to find good tenants .I say thus because believe me ,it’s difficult to find people that you could with too. I hysr need to find someone out there that is willing to rent a room or place for an affordable price .I know I don’t have alot of money but wouldn’t someone want to have someone live in one of tjier properties that will take care of it and not damage it and is respectful? I mean I have been looking and looking and everything jyst cost so much money .and I cant live like I see alot of people living .and I cant believe hiw many places I’ve looked at and tje tenants have just ruined the place.and here I am - I would do almost anything to be able to.live in a nice place ,but it seems that most landlords have been put through the mill by people and in order to live in a good place you have to have alit of money ,which I don’t. I fint know if thsts enough about me? There’s not much to tell.I dont have any family to speak of .my mother just passed away …I dont ho out partying or anything like that. If you want to know something about me that I didnt include in this message …just let me know …I seen the picture that was posted and the room is just perfect nice and alots of room .and clean and the posting said I eoukd have my own washroom and a private entrance ? I would love to rent that room and i assure you that if you decided to rent to me…I would take good care of your property and keep it just as nice as it is . Anyways ,tour consideration in this matter is greatly appreciated
