I am looking for something temporary, and happy to pay more than the normal rate. My wife and I own a condo in Montreal that used to be part of a bigger unit so now, before we can sell, there is some city business to take care of separating the two units on paper. If I can sell it while there without a realtor, a bonus. So looking from around May 12 - 15 for 1 - 3 months, maybe more if it can be worked out. For you, more rent in fewer months maybe. Can furnish a bit but completely furnished would be great. My wife will likely not come for most of not all of the unwelcome adventure. Love Montreal for the jazz festival; this will be a working stay as I’ll also be making an attempt to speak with all the residents in the building about selling the entire building to an investor who might build higher and bigger. Lots of moving parts, but it starts with a place to stay and a bonus if this all works out with the sale of the building!
