Hey, I’m Deandre! I’m a clean, well-respected, and reliable roommate who values a peaceful and comfortable living space. I don’t throw big parties, but I enjoy having close friends over occasionally. I organize social events to help people connect, so I’m often out and about.

I’m a responsible tenant—I never miss rent or pay late—and I have my credit report and references ready. I also contribute to keeping the space clean by sweeping, doing dishes, and cleaning washrooms.

In my free time, I enjoy exercising, game nights, reading, meditating, and going out. I also drive and would love to have parking available. While I only have trusted people over, it’s rare that I host small gatherings. I don’t mind if roommates have guests, as long as everyone is respectful of the space.
