Hi there! I’m looking for a new roommate to share my awesome 24th-floor 2-br with. Move-in date is around mid August.

Master BR: $1,950 Smaller room: $1,550 Happy to take whichever you dont pick, both comes fully furnished (or not, if you prefer. Will just have to figure out what you want to buy over from the previous renter).

It’s got all the bells and whistles, including a game room, gym, BBQ area, and even a movie theatre! Plus, we’re within walking distance of Osgoode Station and Nathan Philips Square, so getting around town is a breeze.

• I’m a work-from-home extroverted introvert who loves a good time but also needs my alone time to recharge
• I host game and drink nights once a month
• I’m also a neat freak, so I keep the place tidy with a weekly clean
• I like to keep active and hit the gym or Barry’s 3-4 times a week to work it all off
• I’m also a bit of a jet-setter, with a partner in Melbourne who I visit once in a while, so you’ll have the place to yourself from time to time

You’ll have access to a fully stocked kitchen, although I don’t cook, so no one’s fighting over stove time!

Self-taught DJ here, so always a plus if you love house and disco. We can of course work out quiet hours.
