Hi everyone, I’ll be joining McMaster for my Masters in fall 2024 & I’m looking for a place to join in August.

Fav activities: gym/ watching football/ playing sports (volleyball, table tennis, others)/ walking/ hiking Other interests: shows/anime/ board games/random documentaries or topics.

RENT INFO: I’m cool with being roommates with either gender; personality and way of living are more important to me. I’m looking for either:

-(1) roommate for a 2-bedroom apartment. OR -(2-3) roommates for a bigger place. Budget is around $700-1000 depending on place/location.

Some examples of what’s important to me in a house:

-Cleanliness is very important to me (keeping toilets tidy, keeping the place free of pests, putting work clothes into laundry and changing to pyjamas after entering the house, etc).

-Food: I mainly rely on cooking here and there for meal prep. I clean up after I’m done, and I hope everyone does the same.

I am a simple person, I’m not picky about furnishing or style (as long as the place stays clean and doesn’t turn into a mess

-Basic living etiquette. Eg. No loud noises when someone’s asleep, or carrying dirt from dirty shoes throughout the place
