I am a 52 yr old woman looking for a room preferably East End Hamilton but will consider other areas in Hamilton for October 1st or sooner. I am am very respectable to others space, privacy and pretty quiet. I just lost my cat and hard to grieve when looking for a home. And I have diabetes and all this move experience has really worn me out and unable to rest due to trying to find a clean, safe, secure home. I have a credit score of 840. I have never been late with rent. I have lived here for 21 happy years. This was unexpected move as owner is selling the house and turning the triplex to a one family home . I need a place ASAP. I am frighten and alone and don’t know what to do. If anyone can help I would greatly apricate it. It’s not that I can’t afford a room or an apartment but it seems like everything has been renovated for students. at least 8 out of 10. If anyone kind find it in there heart to rent me a clean , secure room , either for a year or temp i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Ginger I only have until oct 1st
