I am a nursing student trying to help my dad find a place to live. He is recently mutually separated from my mom and wants to settle into his new life. I was technically his roommate for 19 years and would consider him quite tidy and quiet. He enjoys running, hockey, and sightseeing. He works a lot and doesn’t enjoy large group settings, so he would not have people over or be home all the time. He doesn’t smoke or drink or do cannabis. He does not have a pet but has no issues with one being in the home as we have always had cats or dogs growing up. He is looking for something under 1000 since there are a lot of expenses right now with the life changes. His kids are all grown up so there would not be any kids around. He is not very good at the Internet, so I am helping him figure things out.
