I’m a quiet and responsible tenant, with references from previous landlords. I usually meal prep. I love pets but I don’t have any. I don’t drive, so no car. Also, I don’t mind sharing a bathroom. I’m looking to rent a furnished room for a maximum of $800 per month - preferably $700 or under, long term and ideally in Richmond Hill. I can move in July or as soon as possible. I prefer female/non-male roommates.
