$750. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment (1 bathroom) in Etobicoke. I spend winters (usually Nov-April) in the Caribbean so the place is empty almost half a year and when I am in Canada I’m almost never home. I’d like to find a female tenant/roommate who is clean and responsible so when I leave Canada for 4-5 months I know that when I come back everything will be like I left it.
