I live in a two bedroom apartment. 700 per month would be rent, that includes everything. Basic Wi-Fi but have Telus high speed cable. I’m central, so everything is about 5min drive. Very close to Country Club Mall. You have use of all apartment. I work full time, Tuesday to Saturday. Up around 7:30 am. Completely covered deck, never get wet and smoke free 🆓 environment.
