I’m a 26 year old single mother to the sweetest soon-to-be 4 year old. We currently live in a room at my friend’s home & I pay rent, pay for groceries, etc. She has asked us to be out as of May, therefore I am seeking new accommodations for both myself & my four year old. Her dad & I share time during the week/weekends, which means I don’t have her all the time.
At the moment I am looking for part-time work while collecting OW. I could manage $1,000/month maximum.
Private Rental: My desired rental is a 1-bedroom apartment, however my budget makes this extremely tough. A bachelor unit is a space I could absolutely work with!
TeamUp: I would prefer a 2-bedroom rental if teaming up, this way my roommate can have their own space, and I don’t mind sharing my room with my daughter.
I do smoke weed from time to time, however this is done outside.
