Quiet, clean, responsible and friendly professional who loves people and loves to cook. I went though last winter alone in my home (which I am likely selling) and realize I need to have another adult to talk with at home on occasion. I enjoy cooking and sharing meals with my roommates.

I’m between houses this summer and given the cost of housing I need to save up a bit of money to buy something again so I may need a place for at least a year. I work at Agriculture Canada on Baseline so need a place fairly close (Ottawa South - Nepean) but anywhere around Carling, Westboro , Manotick, Civic hospital out to Kanata East is fine.

I have shared custody of a teenage son and will need to be able to have him overnight from time to time.

The quality of my relationship with my housemates is as important as the room so I’m eager to get to know you as well as the accommodation before making a decision. Respect, consideration and dialogue are key.

My biggest challenge in sharing a home is noise - I can be a bit jumpy so need to be sure the place is quiet at night.

Need 1 parking spot and storage for my bike and skis.

I prefer an unfinished room as I have a lot of furniture from my house and I want to minimize storage costs. (i have couches and housewares too if necessary)
