Hey! My name is Nicole, I’m 25 y/o and I’m looking for a place and/or a roomie to share a house or apartment with starting February 15th or March 1st. I’m looking to share it with one roommate, preferably female or a LGBTQ+ person.

I’m a super respectful, easygoing roommate and like to keep my space clean and tidy. I am happy to spend quality time with my roommate but also value personal time. I am hoping to find a roommate that is clean and respectful of common spaces.

I enjoy doing yoga, pilates, dancing, going to bars and I’m always down for new adventures. I love listening to music, watching movies, walking, traveling and visiting new places. I consider myself an empathic, open minded and happy person, always willing to help others. I believe that communication is key when living with another person and also sharing spaces. Also I’m vegetarian but I don’t mind sharing with a non-vegetarian roommate as long as you give the pots, pans and utensils a good clean after using them.
