Hi! I’m Indraneel. I am working in the capacity of Office Manager in a highly motivated company dedicated to green energy solutions. I love attending concerts, hiking through lush forests, strolling charming towns, savoring local cuisines, going on long drives and watching and reviewing movies and anime. I’m very responsible, respectful of people’s space. I do not indulge in drugs or smokes (devil’s lettuce included). Been over 4 years I left booze, just realized one day it does not serve me anymore. I have a clean Criminal record. I would like to team up and look for/share a preferably furnished place (not in the basement) in the south of Regina that includes all utilities with someone if it clicks well. This is a list of criteria I encourage anyone interested to go through first.

1. Strictly no drugs please.
2. Copy of a satisfactory credit score (above 750). I can provide mine.
3. Working-professional only with full time job. Exceptions can be made if a secure source of consistent income can be provided.
4. I need to furnish an one month notice to my current landlord and I cannot move mid month. So currently I can move on 1st May provided I furnish the notice by 31st March. So be quick, if you hear it click! )) PS: That’s not my pet in the picture. She loved me more than her owner I can proudly say ).
