Urgently Looking for a Room – Move-In NOW/ASAP Hi there! I’m urgently looking for a room to rent starting June 7th (or sooner if available) in or near Downtown Vancouver. Ideally, I’d love to share a place with a female roommate.

A bit about me: I’m an easy-going and respectful who values a clean and organized home. I work full-time downtown (9 am – 5 pm, in-office), so I’m out of the house most of the day. I enjoy a good mix of socializing and quiet time, and I’m always mindful of personal space. I’m a working professional (not a student) and I’m specifically looking to avoid student housing or student-focused accommodations. Room must be furnished.

Location: Preferably within 30 minutes by transit to downtown.

Availability: I’m available for viewings after 6 pm.
