I’m looking to rent a room that is unfurnished in Ottawa, preferably near Merivale Road or surrounding areas. Ideally in a home shared with one or two other women. My budget is flexible for the right place

A bit about me: I’m 36 years old, currently living in Kemptville, and looking to move closer to work. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful, and I value a calm, tidy living space. I’m very easy to get along with and responsible when it comes to shared spaces.

️ Move-in: Ideally August, but July could work for the right fit. Budget: Around $600/month, possibly more for the right place if it’s all-inclusive. Must-haves: unfurnished, pet free, Parking, laundry on-site, and ideally a welcoming, chill home vibe.
