Ideally, I’m looking for a shared, affordable space in either a modern or older renovated building that offers security, in-suite laundry, hopefully gym access, and includes utilities like Wi-Fi, water, and electricity in the rent. However, it’s not the end all be all if my preferences aren’t met. My preferred neighbourhoods include Saint Vital, Saint Norbert, Saint Boniface, Wildwood, Wolseley, Academy / River Heights, Corydon, Earl Grey, Assiniboine, and the Exchange District / Downtown areas of Winnipeg.
About Me: I’m an early riser and prefer to work outside of the home. I enjoy hosting small gatherings with friends and family, and my interests range from art and music to reading, watching old horror films, and staying active.
