Looking for An Affordable Room to Share with Roommate(s) Between the Ages of 18 to 45.

Budget: $750 per month

Ideal move-in date: as soon as possible.

Ideally, I’m looking for a shared, affordable space in either a modern or older renovated building that offers security, in-suite laundry, hopefully gym access, and includes utilities like Wi-Fi, water, and electricity in the rent. However, it’s not the end all be all if my preferences aren’t met. My preferred neighbourhoods include Saint Vital, Saint Norbert, Saint Boniface, Wildwood, Wolseley, Academy / River Heights, Corydon, Earl Grey, Assiniboine, and the Exchange District / Downtown areas of Winnipeg.

About Me: I’m currently between jobs and receiving support from Employment and Income Assistance (EIA), which helps me cover things like rent and groceries while I look for work. I’m an early riser with a preference for working outside the home. I enjoy a calm, respectful living environment and rarely host small get-togethers with friends and family. My interests include art, music, reading, classic films, recreational cannabis use and trying to get out to be active.
