Hi! I enjoy living with others and am looking for a decent place to setup with someone for a while.
I’d like to jointly rent a house or duplex with garage and yard. I’m up for sharing with another pet owner, my dog is a 30lb terrier that’s a senior and is very kind and low energy.
I’m open to different locations right now, I have my eye on NW, SW, central (outside of downtown), and maybe even the Burbs like St.albert or Sherwood park depending on what we find.
I am quite busy project-wise so I enjoy time in the office at home. On the home front I’m into lots of dog walking, and being busy in the evenings with writing and research, volunteering or social time with family and friends (usually out 2-3 eves/wk with volunteering or plans). I enjoy meal prep and cooking and hope to join doing that with someone a bit for savings and enjoyment!
I’ll prefer someone who has cohabitated with a partner or roommates and has a good sense of how to communicate. I always enjoy connecting with others. But am mostly quiet/private in the morning. I’m happy to help impart home maintenance/repair/ownership knowledge if that’s something you’re working towards. I used to create courses on it!
