I am interested in a decently sized, good quality living space with two living rooms and a decent sized office to use or share. I enjoy living with a roommate.

I’m happy to take the lead on searching for and renting a house. I appreciate sharing living duties, costco buying, and hopefully some meal sharing and a bit of casual interaction. I’ve also listed looking for a room for a like-minded situation and space as an alternative or until I find a roommate to house search with.

I have no kids of my own, I will consider having other kids around. I am quite busy socially so I enjoy my down-time at home. I enjoy personal interaction with a roommate and respect coordinating the sharing of our space for my roommate’s own interests and friends as well.

I spend time writing (sometimes play guitar), being outdoors, reading or watching a good TV-series.

Personally I’m busy on projects in the evenings or spend time with family and friends. I really enjoy meal prep and cooking. I enjoy quiet mornings. I’m told I come across as approachable, fun, direct, and fairly progressive.
