Easy going/strict on a few aspects but clean - I don’t slack on cleanliness of common areas and expect the same - just clean as you go or we can make a schedule

Easy going in the aspect of the facts I don’t mind guests at any point as I tend to have guests frequently (especially bc braiding) but it’s as long as they’re not over staying, using utilities unreasonably, stealing food or anything else from other roommates, not respecting boundaries or being clean. Second fact is, I don’t mind alcohol or anything else in the house but once it presumes an issue, there will be no more of it. Lastly, follow and set house rules. I’m honestly looking for an easy going, laid back, smokes weed, has a drink and has some fun here and there while being career driven and focussed.

Prefer own studio/apartment first but willing to do a private bedroom with private bath. Or if I’m with someone else then an apartment of 2 bedrooms or i can do a house (NOT BASEMENT BC OF AMOUNT OF PPL) with 3 maximum 4 other people
