Hi there,

I work from home, though my job involves quite a bit of phone conversation(tech support). I’ll do my best to keep it as quiet as possible, but I wanted to mention that upfront. Additionally, I’d prefer a separate bathroom/washroom if that’s available.

I also prefer to cook my own food, so there will be a bit of noise in the kitchen while cooking and cleaning up afterward.

Lastly, I was wondering if a month-to-month lease is possible, with a preference for around three months.
