Looking for a roommate to move in with us in January!
Unfortunately, our third roommate is moving back to her home country so we need a new roomie to move in with us mid January. The place is near Dupont station with 3 beds and 1 bath approximately 1,150 per month. Landlord doesn’t allow pets or smoking inside the house. It has a coin operated laundry, a cute balcony, a kitchen (no dishwasher 🥲), and living/dining room. We have AC but we uninstalled it for now since it’s getting cold. About me: I’m currently in fashion school so there’s a lot of sewing or projects happening in my room. Although I am reallyyy clean and a responsible roomie! Hopefully we find the same person who share the same values :) We both like watching movies together, doing artsy stuff, or drinking a little during the weekends so we are looking for someone who is interested in building a friendship and not just act like strangers inside the house! Also Ms. Elizabeth is always cheffing up so we get to try INSANELYYYY good stuff!!
