Hi there, I have a new position with my employer within the Red Deer area. I am looking to rent a room to stay at weekday evenings as I plan to head back to Calgary on the weekends.

I am single, I won’t be having anyone over but myself.

I would only require a bedroom, with or without a bed, a dresser or table would be useful but I can put something together. Own bathroom would be ideal, good with sharing one.

I may do minimal laundry, can do most back in Calgary.

I cook minimally, I don’t need the oven, I won’t need much room in the fridge, I am a vegetarian so I blend up a drink every night as well, loud for a minute for the blender.

Professionally employed.

I can provide an employment letter as well as residential reference.

I am very clean and orderly, respectful, polite, easy going, quiet.

I don’t think about alcohol so chances are I won’t be having any, won’t be smoking cigarettes there, For the most part I try to eat healthy.

I like pets, have none though.

I will most likely spending my evenings studying distant Ed courses, watching tv in the room or living room, out walking.
