Hi there, I am professionally employed within Sylvan Lake and surrounding area. I am currently living in Red Deer and looking to rent a room within Sylvan Lake, Red Deer or within the area as rent alone is expensive. I plan to rent storage for most of my belongings and would only bring necessities.

I am single and most likely will not have anyone over but myself.

I cook minimally, I don’t need the oven, I won’t need much room in the fridge, I am a vegetarian, I blend smoothies most evenings so loud for about a minute.

I am very clean and orderly, respectful, polite, easy going, quiet, introverted.

I consider myself to be handy, I enjoy yard work, working on vehicles, cleaning, self improvement.

I don’t think about alcohol so chances are I won’t be having consuming much, won’t be smoking cigarettes there, For the most part I try to eat healthy.

I like pets, have none though.

I will most likely spending my evenings studying for distant Ed courses, watching tv in the room or living room, out walking or cycling.

Looking for something starting in April by the start of May for long term. Thanks.
