Hello everyone !

I’m looking for short-term accommodation (several months or longer) until I find a house that satisfies my list of criteria. Ideally, living alone and independently is my first choice but I could be prepared to share a place with one other compatible person IF the location, amenities and spaciousness justify the asking rent.

I’m originally from Paris … meticulously hygienic, well-organized, neurotically clean and expect the same in a roommate. Mutual respect is naturally de rigueur. Although I’m more of a reserved person, I can equally be sociable and engaging on most topics of conversation without dogma nor agenda … depending on whether my neural network has reached saturation point or not. Well-read, well-travelled and multilingual yet naturally inquisitive and receptive to differing viewpoints and to the challenges life has to offer.

My schedule is highly irregular: I can be home for 2-3 days at a time, then gone for a week or more … and even in & out many times in one day. I drive my truck (definitely need parking) and only sleep with my phone: My 2 necessities I cannot do without. If moving into a condo, I might possibly like to bring my upright piano.

Because I will never run out of things that need to be done, you will never find me bored/boring or clingy: Quite the opposite - Straight-up, no-nonsense and purposeful in almost everything I do. Financially very responsible and emotionally uber-stable with occasional bursts of flair for adventure. I am physically healthy due to a personal aversion to all pharmaceuticals (as well as having a highly neutral-positive disposition :) and have neither any medical issues nor any addictions whatsoever … except to living Life to the fullest ! I’m single, free and content … looking to stay that way.

Finally, although while comfortable in group settings, I am an independent spirit at heart and do not follow the norm simply to gain approval, nor conversely, am I looking to stand out. I just live and let live, respectful of the individual’s right to choose … and tolerant of each person’s unique idiosyncrasies … while still open to esoteric convos if in the mood.
