CS grad student at UofC. Looking for someone to team up with to get a shared 2b2b around July/August.

I hope until July we can get in touch and chat to see if we would be a great match for a shared place. My preference is Beltline, and I am gender agnostic within the age range of (21-28 y/o).

A few checklists to gauge initial fit:

1. I mostly work during the day as a researcher and outdoors in the evening during summer.
2. I am fairly active and athletic, and I also enjoy peaceful meditative time, mostly during the morning.
3. No hard drugs, occasional wine and dine, think once a month.
4. I clean dishes right after I eat, same goes for the cooking area.
5. I clean the whole place on Weekends, often paired with Lavender fumes around the house, to relax and unload :).
